Bug fix release 14-Dec-2018

I have posted a new release (14-Dec-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Some changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Mask: added new mask tool that lets you apply a brightness curve to the current mask. This can be useful if you want to increase or decrease the separation between masked and unmasked areas.
Crop: fixed problems with the cropping rectangle being applied incorrectly to new images whose dimensions differed from the original image. Added option in Settings Menu to reset the cropping rectangle for each new image when running in Batch mode.
You can now execute the Clone entire branch command even if the current image is not at the top level.
File Open: Clicking Cancel right after issuing a File Open command from the main menu now closes the File Open dialog box instead of leaving a gray checkerboard file behind.
