Arrange windows on top of each other

Blink can temporarily collocate up to 5 windows, but only when it runs; pausing it causes windows to drift back where they were. I just realized that if there was a simple way of placing the same-size, same-zoom windows on top of each other (akin to Windows/Arrange/etc. or if Blink arrangement can be made permanent) it would be easy to compare different versions of an image or an input image and its preview by cycling them by hand either in History or using Insert button.
There is another way of synchronized comparison of two windows using Composite with auto Preview; it works just fine, but requires a bit of preparation and can't compare input/output image of a transformation in real time. I forgot who gets the credit for this neat idea...
