Bug fix release 1-Nov-20184

I have posted a new release (1-Nov-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with Mask Undo state being lost when the Mask dialog box was closed. To get this to work correctly, the Redo list is now cleared when you close the mask dialog box.
Fixed problem of brush display not being updated when using the mouse scroll wheel in Clone, Paint and Smudge tools.
Fixed problems with Smudge tool brush.
Fixed problems with Monitor Curves settings not being restored correctly when loading script files.
