The phpBB message board has been updated to the latest version and user registration is now enabled since the new software supports enhanced anti-spam technology. Let me know if you encounter any problems (jsachs@dl-c.com).
Only registered users can post messages. To register, click the Register button near the upper right corner of the message board window and follow the on-screen instructions.
