Bug fix release 29-Oct-20184

I have posted a new release (29-Oct-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Magnifier Mode: fixed minor issues and optimized code.
Mirror-Rotate: fixed problem with 48-bit color images.
Fixed problem of vertical stripe not being erased between split screen images in main display.
