Posterize Refine Palette function

Though unpredictable the Refine function can often enhance the palette colors in a neat and fine way.
Sometimes the changes are subtle other times striking, depending on the palette colors the function is refining.
However, the Refine fuction has no visible effect on the palette colors. After you run Refine, some of the colors in the output change, but the palette is not updated.
You can see the refined palette only after you save it and reload it.
One more observation. When you run Refine and then turn on Remap the output turns sort of "negative" even though the visible palette color patches are identical. The remapped palette and the refined one behind the scenes are different.
