Speck Removal Tool
Ctrl+click removes an overlay circle but does not restore the speck.
If more circles are Ctrl+clicked their circles overlays are removed but not the crosses. Only the circle created as the last is removed completely. This is not a problem as they all disappear with next Shift+click so the input is not crowded with crosses.
