The Load Advanced Sharpen Settings dialog does not spell complete file type when first opened from the transform's Settings menu...Transform will Save, Load, and execute files as expected.

The rest of it is there, just scrolled off to the left. Not much I can do as this is a standard Windows control - it probably happens because the extension is so long.
