Preferences Cancel button does not cancel the changes

When you make a change in Preferences and then cancel it, the change still takes place until the next PWP restart.

In one way this might be a useful feature if you needed a temporary change of some settings just for a current session without having to put it back next time you start PWP. But this would probably also need some reset option to take back the temporary changes any time during the session.

The intention was to not have OK and Cancel buttons and follow the more modern convention of saving changes when you close the dialog box, which is what I have implemented for the next release and which is how the help file said it worked all along. I also added a Reset button that reloads the last saved preferences.
