Color management observations

I created a jpg within PWP7 and PWP8
700x700 Pixel, color r=102, g=204, b=102
sRGB-Profil and working space
PWP8-file PWP7-file PWP8- Color management settings Problems:
- If I open the PWP8-generated file in PWP7, PWP7 doesn't see the profile
- If I open the PWP8-generated file in Qimage, Qimage doesn't see the profile
- If I open the PWP8-generated file in Gimp 2.10, Gimp 2.10 doesn't see the profile
- If I open the PWP7-generated file in PWP8, PWP8 doesn't see the profile
- If I open the PWP7-generated file in Qimage, Qimage sees the profile
- If I open the PWP7-generated file in Gimp 2.10, Gimp 2.10 sees the profile
Exiftool shows the profile in both files. But there are differences, I cannot interprete
