Bug fix release 28-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (28-Apr-2018) in full installer and executable-only. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed bug causing rotated JPEG files to have the wrong orientation when saved.
Fixed several problems with launching PWP from external programs when a copy is already running.
File Save with name conflicts changed to avoid unnecessary calls to Windows File Save dialog box.
Fixed problem in Frame with mat textures.
Optimized code to reduce screen flashing.
Fixed problem of some transformations giving an Illegal Image Type error when clicking OK if a Mask Dialog was open.
