Bug fix release 26-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (26-Apr-2018) in full installer and executable-only. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with black and white halo control sliders internally reversed in all the sharpen
transformations. This was not obvious because the sliders were also reversed.
Modified code to read JPEGs so it should handle all possible orientations correctly.
Fixed bugs in Layout:
Move to Front and Move to Back not working correctly in some cases.
Remove Panel not working correctly in some cases.
