I have posted a new release (23-Apr-2018) in full installer and executable-only. Help topic for Resize transformation updated.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed bugs in Resize transformation when entering physical units in cm or mm. Corrected some errors in the help file for Resize.
