A new incremental release is available from the downloads page (executable-only, see the link at the bottom). See the Update Log for a list of fixes and new features.

Thanks for the update. Looks like the default setting for a custom crop still resets to the "08" pixel value.
Also, just tried editing a 48 bit TIF file - when Sharpen/Sharpen More is attempted, the image goes very dark:

And also found this when applying a Blur More transformation (to a 48 bit TIF):

Does not happen with JPG images...

Will check out Sharpen and Blur with 48-bit images - have not tested as much with 48-bit as 24-bit.
I think crop is working OK - if you created a Default settings file for Crop, make sure you clear it and create a new one if you want to change the default settings. The default with no settings file is 8 inches @ 300dpi.
