When doing on/off 'shift-left click' on Amount Mask button, the original and Preview are not registered... ...particularly noticeable when zoomed in closer than 1:1...

It turns out that in the special case of Amount set to zero, the output image was 2 pixels taller and wider than the input image which caused a slight misregistration. Same bug in Blur and Median Blur. Fixed for next release.
