I am currently uploading a bug fix release 29-Mar-2018 - it should be done in a couple of minutes.
From the update log:
Added code to force initial transformation, mask and color checker dialog boxes to be visible. This was a potential problem on low resolution monitors.
Fixed problem causing truncation of the speck histogram in Advanced Sharpen.
Fixed problem with mask brush tool drawing extra strokes – to improve performance, the mask display now updates only when releasing mouse button, not on every mouse move as before.
Fixed problem causing the Clone Tool to fail on 48-bit color images.
Advanced Sharpen: Shift-clicking on input image now displays the red histogram probe until you release the mouse button.
Advanced Sharpen, Bilateral Sharpen, Unsharp Mask, Gaussian Blur, Precise Gaussian Blur:
Clicking on the input image should now reliably re-center the preview around the point you clicked.
Removed scroll bars from the preview area – instead you can now drag the preview left/right/up/down to scroll (the cursor changes to a hand over the preview area). Note: scrolling by dragging can be slow if the transformation is compute-intensive or the preview area is enlarged.
Added bypass buttons to the transformation dialog box to allow toggling the preview on and off. These bypass buttons mirror the bypass toggle in the image browser.
