Item 1 -- Out of Bounds Display issue

I will sometimes use a Laptop with a 15.6 inch display, i.e., 1366x768 pixels...

With a Font size = 100% which is preference, a Color Curves dialog anchors in the lower left corner (preference) and the Mask Tool - Brightness Curve dialog will extend beyond display boundaries where its top frame is not clickable for moving or selections...

A lower right edge or corner click and drag enlargement/re-size to original of the Mask dialog will get it to snap to the top and anchor in the upper left display corner making the top of its frame accessible...

1a) Would it be possible to have this done automatically where a transform and/or tool dialog frame will go out of display bounds? ...Decreasing the Font size to 80% will get both Color Curves and Mask Tool-Brightness Curve dialogs to display in bounds and not overlap, but both are uncomfortably small

1b) Where dialogs overlap/overlay, would it be possible to bring a bottom one to the top with a mouse click on an in-active part of the dialog?

Item 2: -- Auto-match channels/histograms

Notice in the illustration that the Color Curves channel does not match the Mask Tool-Brightness Curve histogram channel...

2) Would it be possible to have the Color Curves channels match their respective MaskTool-BrightnessCurve histograms upon opening or when switching Color Curves channels?

Please disregard this post... ...Item 1 is workable as is and Item 2 is not needed as there are times when masking histograms of other channels then the one being changed will sometimes better isolate specific image areas for the preference change.

One just needs to pay attention to which channel histogram that the Mask Tool - Brightness Curve is set on.

My apologies if investigation time has been expended.
