That's correct... Scheme is YYYY_Photos / YYMMDD_Event [sub-folders] / IMG_xxxx.xxx [image file's]. Photo technique is such that I try to use ISO100 or ISO200 with time/aperature settings and a tripod... ...rarely is ISO400 or greater used because of the extra-ordinary noise reduction processing needed unless 'artistic' considerations are preferenced... ...then too, triage will usually throwout the higher ISO images as well for one reason or another.
