Does it matter what type or size of file you load before trying to scroll via the hand tool?

I did a very quick test using 10 random jpg, png, and bmp files ranging in size from about 200K to 270 meg. I loaded a few different combinations of these files into PWP, and I was never able to find a situation where the hand tool worked. ALT-drag worked in all cases that I tried.

Sorry to put you to all the bother - it turns out the scrolling code was accidentally commented out in the last release. It has been restored for the next maintenance release - in the meantime the Alt method achieves the same effect.
