I see I should have not been not so laconic in describing my idea. Dieter, thanks for clarifying it the right way.
My idea was similar to dry mounting an image without any white borders on a white board to this visual center. Here the mounting would be made by placing the image on the print to this visual center just before printing.
I did not think of Mat and Frame transformation, when I posted this topic, but to add this feature to Matt and Frame transformation, it might be done the similar way by adding the new option "Visual Center" to the dropdown list Borders on the Outer tab. Currently you choose Unequal Botom, which centers the image horizontally, and you add a higher value to the Bottom.
The option "Visual Center" would simply (?) calculate the visual center from the image and frame inside space dimensions and place it there.
Thanks all to the interesting contributins to the topic. Let's wait for Jonathan's and Kiril's opinions.

I put my own 'spin' on DieterM's spread sheet and used an Office Word document (*.doc) with an 'embedded' spreadsheet as an User Interface... ...if of interest:

Apologies for continuing this thread but I got tired of bouncing in/out of the previously suggested calculation work sheets... ...and summarized them for 11x8.5 inch borderless photo paper printing of various aspect ratio images with an approximate 1 inch minimum border to maximize the image size... ...apologies to DieterM as well as I did not include metric/European standards...

I hope that the preceding is useful... ...with a little bit of add/subtract/multiply/divide, the Crop/Add Borders and Mat & Frame transforms
when using consist resolution [dpi] can be very precise for borderless photo paper printing.
My home printer will print at a maximum 11x8.5 inches and I will often create virtual mats for images to be used with Walmart/Costco/Michaels 'document' frames when they are on sale... ...for example, the illustrated image [a Fuji X100T finalized post-processed image of the Colorado River as viewed from Artist Point near the Watch Tower, Grand Canyon Nat'l Park, AZ USA] with a virtual mat and Visual Center:
