An update is available to Version 8.0.27 (31-Dec-2019)
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Levels and Color: Fixed problem with Reset Dynamic Range always being applied to new images. Note: for existing scripts created with 8.0.25 or earlier, the Reset Dynamic Range setting is defaulted. In 8.0.26 it defaulted to Reset – in 8.0.27 it now defaults to Not Reset which is more consistent. To get this feature to work with old scripts, they must be re-saved so the new setting is added to the saved command line.
When saving scripts or workspace scripts with image copies containing a File Open with more than one file in its file list, a warning is now issued that only the current file is saved. In some future version, I will explore copying all the other files in the list.
When saving scripts or workspace scripts with image copies: if a file that would be saved has the same filename as a file already saved to the script folder, to avoid duplicates, a file number is now added to the end of the filename (e.g. name (1), name (2), etc.). Previously the duplicate file was renamed Untitled n where n was the image number.
Fixed problem with scripts being saved with double extension.
Changed the way the code signing digital certificate works – hopefully will improve the experience when installing.
