Export Resize and Resample

Post by tomczak »

One more nitpicking report:

In Export Resize and Resample, if the units change from anything to 'pixels', the Resample checkbox is grayed-out on 'Yes', which makes sense because there will be resampling.

But not if the 'pixels' are the original units when the transformation control opens (so, for example, you could have Resize only to xxx pixels...)

Also 2 questions on export:

1) what should happen if File Export Options has Medadata=None and the Profile=sRGB or Original?

2) In a batch, when File Name=Ask, the batch pauses for each file name input in turn. But also, if File Export Options for the file type I'm saving are set to Ask for Options on Save, it also pauses at every file. Not unexpected in a way, but in a batch, I would like to be paused for the first file and asked for File Save options and then apply those options for the rest of the batch without being asked again. There is no way of doing that at the moment I imagine?

1) The image has the profile applied to it, but the profile is not saved in the file.

2) No easy way to implement this.

Resample graying fixed for next release.
