Resizing an image used in Layout

1. Create a branch, add Resize and Layout transformations.
2. Add a new panel to Layout and load the image into it. The larger the panel (image) the better for this scenario.
3. Go back to Resize transformation and enlarge one of the image diameters so that its panel outgrows the page in the Layout -> as expected, the panel is cropped where it outgrows the page.
4. Set the Resize diameter back or change it for the panel in Layout to fit again into to page -> the panel shrinks accordingly, but the image in the panel stays cropped and has to be reloaded.

This does not happen, for example, with the Crop transformation.
