1. Zoom. Seems the only option is to zoom an image from center. It would be nice to be able to move that point to other locations in the image (perhaps start with a cross-hair dead center, then move it at will) so as an example, if an object (flower etc) was off center, the zoom could emanate from the center of that object.
2. Warp. I often use the warp tool to only correct keystoning by leaving the two bottom control points as is and moving the two upper points towards the center until they line up with a tree/building side etc.
However, it is difficult, unless zoomed in considerably (which then requires scrolling the image back and forth along the top), to ensure the two top points are at the images edge, so the result is not cutting/adding a couple pixels. Adding requires a second step of cropping which results in the image being a different size than the original.
It would be nice to have an option to constrain the points to stay at the edge as moved. So as an example, if doing as described above, one could click on the top right point and move it left along the top edge. Maybe even make it applicable to all points for each edge, so the top right point could be moved along the top edge or down the right edge etc.
Not sure if any of this is possible or even desirable.

Re: Feature suggestion
It turns out the Warp transformation already has this feature, but I had forgotten I implemented it and it was not mentioned in the help file. If you hold down the shift key while dragging one of the corners of the grid, it only moves horizontally or vertically, whichever direction you primarily drag it in.
For the next release, zooming in using the mouse scroll wheel attempts to center on the cursor position.

Re: Feature suggestion
Along those lines I have always wondered about cropping to zoom. I have found that I land on the best crop composition while zooming and panning to look at other aspects or check sharpening etc....It would be nice to hit a key and have it crop to the current zoom level of the image....As it stands now you create a crop from a box...scale it move it around and hit apply...only then do you get the zoomed view and often its not quite right but zooming in esp I find with a scroll wheel and dragging to pan is where I find the best compositions...so I take landmarks and try to replicate it ...I think this would be a nice feature and I don't think it would be too hard to invoke???
