No mask editting in the Mask Transformation

Post by davidh »

Alpha 29-May

If you create a mask in the Mask Transformation, its white shape does not show in the square icon and there is no Edit command in the local menu.

I have fixed the problem of Edit not showing up in the menu. The reason the square is black is that the mask is initially black. For amount controls with sliders, the initial state is no mask and the slider all the way to the right which causes the white square.

It is actually a bug that the Masks transformation lets you display more than one mask at a time. Only the current mask dialog is supposed to be displayed to avoid confusion about which one is currently active. I have fixed this problem for the next release.

The reason the masks were being re-positioned is that they were all aligned vertically in the same location as default mask dialog location as I described in a previous message and which I have also fixed.
