Multi Color Balance transform Amount Mask

Ref: PWP 8.0.exe 180420

Multi Color Balance will not add an Amount Mask button image or black/white sliders for a New mask or Load a mask from a previous transformation... ..but the mask is applied to the Input image and transform settings will be made to a mask's white image area and at the amount of the all 'white' slider.
