Open Windows Button doesn't maximise minimized windows

Open Windows Button doesn't maximise minimized windows

The Open Window button list all open image windows, but I don't know how to maximize (bring up) windows that are open but minimized. I would be useful, I think.

In the next maintenance release, clicking on a window in the open window list will restore it if it is minimized.
