Remembering screen position

I don't know if this is by design or by 'accident' but I notice that some tools remember the 'user chosen' screen position and some do not.
For example, if I start PWP 6 and load an image, then click on the 'Crop, Add Border' tool it opens in the bottom centre of the screen. If I drag it to my preferred position, bottom right, and then click OK (or Cancel), then subsequently re-open the 'Crop, Add Border' tool while pressing the shift button to reset it, once again it opens in my preferred position.

The Sharpen tool behaves similarly.

The 'Brightness Curve' tool does not.

A small point, I know, but I would find it a tiny bit more efficient if the 'Brightness Curve' tool behaved like the other two.

In fact, I'd favour the tools remembering my preferred position between sessions as well.
