Hi

I nice way I saw with a friend (I think inside acd see) is that after clicking and keeping the mouse button down it a movement up or down was directly applied to the curve. So click on it, move upward and that new controlpoint is moved upwards.

If I remeber it correctly PS has a similar feature in the B&W conversion.
