Problem - Editing Control Point Locations when Preview or Split screen is selected for display

when Preview or Split screen is selected for display, the control point editor probes for X and Y are not effectively enabled

In this example, the Y probe button is enabled in the dialog box, but the probe cursor is not actually active. It is not possible to probe the preview image nor the color palette patches.

The probes are active only for the input image. It does not make much sense to probe the output image as this changes the output image.

The trouble is that it prevents from probing the color palette, especially in split display.

That was unintentional -- probing on-screen palette should be fixed for next release.
