The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Added an OK button to the dialog box that asks for an image type when saving scripts with image copies. Clicking OK is the same as closing the dialog box as there is no cancel option.

Changed the way the Left and Right arrow keys work. If the current image is a side branch or a top level image, as before they select the previous or next image at the same level. Otherwise, they select the last image in the previous or next branch, not including splitters. This provides a convenient way to quickly flip back and forth between the results of two or more different branches representing different ways of processing the same image.
