File/Print/Cropping Rectangle problem

When attempting to print via the FILE/PRINT DIALOG BOX, the cropping rectangle is displayed, as expected, as an overlay on the selected image, but it cannot be resized or repositioned. The issue being that an adjusted image will not be created or sent to the printer

Unlike FILE/PRINT, the cropping rectangles in the transformations CROP/FRAME/ LAYOUT and GEOMETRY/SIZE TO FIT perform consistently with PWP Help instructions.

The printing issue occurs with versions PWP 8.0.298 to PWP 8.0.311. PWP 8.0.295 and previous versions did not have the printing issues.

I haven’t seen this issue reported by others on the PWP Forum, so explored the possibly of the problem being on my end.

Did multiple viral scans. No malware detected.
Did a clean reinstall of Win 10, reinstalling PWP but no other software (to avoid potential software conflict).
Reinstalled PWP on several computers (with Win 10), including a computer separate from my home system.
Tested multiple printers, including printing to PDF.

There were no improvements with any of the tests. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
