Problems with Watercolor Transformation Preview

There seems to be problems with the Preview window in the Watercolor Transformation. To reproduce:

1. Open PWP
2. Create Checkerboard Test Pattern
3. Open Watercolor Transformation
4. Reset the Transformation
5. Note that the Preview pane in the Transformation is blank

Also, looking at other operations within the Watercolor transformation, it seems the Preview Pane does not properly reflect the "Display Input" and "Display Preview" states.
