RAW and Camera Colour Profile
Could someone offer a brief, practical explanation on creating and using RAW Camera Colour Profile? Cheers.

Re: RAW and Camera Colour Profile
I had to reproduce some old documents which were to big for my scanner so i created a repro setup to get them into digital form.
I was using halogen lamps for illuminating the documents and for that setup i created a custom profile.
Simply making a picture of a IT-8 Target, is important to have a good exposure, best to make a series and to have no reflection on the target,
there is a special target available with a matte surface special for camera profiles.
Then going into Profile Mechanic Scanner with the image and creating a profile.
I use the so created profile in the raw converter then as camera profile.
There was a article on the dl-c website about making the pictures of the IT-8 Target, but i could not find it anymore.
Maybe Kiril or Jonathan can be of help to find it ?
I hope it helps
