Re: geotagging : preserving original files identification
Pierre, Then I guess I am the one not understanding. It seems you double the number of files if you have one that is the un-tagged original and another that is geotagged, wherever they end up. I never check the box that creates/copies the _original file in addition to the geotagged file 50 files in,...

Re: geotagging : preserving original files identification
I have geotagged 100s of thousands of images in PWP8, in batches of 20-50 at a time (each day I go out and chase birds around). I always have the original jpg overwritten without saving a *_original file. Never had a problem or corruption of any sort. If I did, I would be annoyed but would simply re...

Re: 8.0.463 problem report : breakpoint ignored
I have had a similar thought -- nice to skip all breakpoints until the next File Open command. Maybe Shift-F1 instead of F1?

Zoom bug in DeHaze Transform
I noticed something minor in the way the image and preview windows are displayed in the Dehaze transform. To see an example, do this -- Open an image (I opened the built-in image Transformations > Test Patterns > Gray Discrimination) Follow the open action with the Dehaze transform, then -- toggle b...

Re: Suggesting implementation of EXIF Transformation
Have you looked at the Text Transformation, where you can insert the exposure/shutter speed etc. from the EXIF metadata as a macro in the text string to be placed on the image?

Like Winfried, I started with Version 3.5. Not a fan of Adobe products.

Re: Batch processing and copy/paste or drag-and-drop
Drop a selected list of files (from an explorer window) on to the background of the file list window in the file open dialog, and all the selected files will be added to the process list.

PWP (8.0.321) Crashes Saving Scripts
After modifying an existing script, trying to save it (without image names) crashes PWP 8.0.321.
Also crashes creating a new script and trying to save it. Seems to be pretty general phenomenon.
Can anyone confirm?
Thanks,
Bob W
