Try Zoner 15. After the trial you will be use their free version. Again, I don't know about portability.

I'm attempting to mask a butterfly so I sharpen only the butterfly, including the antennae and the fringe on the bottom of the wings. What is the best way to mask these very fine details?

I'm not able to see the far right edge of the raw dialogue panel. Is there something I can do to see all of it?
