Digital Light & Color

I have just bought a new laptop with a high resolution display. How do I increase the size of the fonts and the icons in the toolbars to make them easier to read?

What profile should I use in the Color Management Dialog box for files from the Canon 5d Mk II?
Is the file type important for the Raw Converter? Up until now I have only used PWP 3.5 and have converted RAW files in other programs.
