Thanks Jonathan.
Yes, I now see what it will do.

Re: Transparency ?
Sorry Peter. I can't get it to do anything. I can't click on it and I never see it offered as a mask.

Transparency ?
Mon 1.jpg I have just picked up a .png of a logo I am compositing on a photo. To the right I get an icon that says Transparency. What is it telling me? What could I do with it? Underneath I created the mask that I need for my Composite. Was this something I could have done with the Transparency ins...

Re: Color Management
I have yet to pick up a new colorimeter, nor have I tried to do any calibrating, but I wanted to make sure of a few things in the meantime. Whilst you wait for Jonathan's advice on the settings I'll mention that I have an old (very old) ColorMunki device and use it whenever I change a monitor or PC...

Re: Resizing for the web
Thanks for the tips. I feel my best way forward is to shoot a test target using a tripod. Then I can try assorted permutations based on the suggested 4,000 long side and assorted levels of compression and sharpening within the Export transformation. I'll leave those huge files on my website for the ...

Re: Resizing for the web
Following your PS approach I create a split with one Export producing a high res jpg as I do now. I use the split for another Export saving an Output Image with 1920 on the long side. I then Export that to another folder with the low res jpgs for the web? Would you add another sharpening stage for t...

Resizing for the web
My last three web folders have been much sharper now i am using PWP. Even sharper when I stop JuiceboxBuilder resizing them itself. However, I am now worried they will be cumbersome for some folk, with slower broadband than mine, to view. Thur 4.jpg I want to keep a decent set of files for printing....

Re: Script saving and Export options
First, what setting are you using in Export with regard to what to do if the output file already exists? I noticed that if you select Overwrite or Ask and then select Overwrite, the old script files were not being deleted along with the image file. I'm not sure if this is what is causing the proble...

Re: How much do I need to do with the RAW transformation?
Update on using RAWTherapy.
I'm happy with what it is setting up in the way of TIFFs for PWP.
However on over exposed shots it is well worth a fiddle within RT as there is lots more in the highlights if you look.
