To report a problem:

• Describe the problem as fully as specifically as you can, include the steps you took that resulted in the problem.
• Include the verbatim text of any error messages you recieve.
• Attach screen shots showing the problem and/or messages whenever possible.
• Include the program name and version nuber as it appears in the title bar of the main window.
