Crop - downstream changes

I used crop early in the process, added a few more editing steps - Levels and Color, Multi Color Balance, etc - then go back in and only change the Resize value in Crop. The new pixel dimensions do not flow down to the next transformations. If I alter the crop outline, then the new dimensions flow down as expected.
