Digital Light & Color

I notice that when I bring up a help page, it REALLY wants to stay on top of the PWP page.
I can move it away, but I cant bring the program on top of it.

The only reason I care is that when I'm playing with something new, I want to be able to switch
between the program and the and the help page quickly just by toggling the windows.

This is not something I have control over -- you can however toggle the help window on and off by clicking its button on the Windows task bar.
