Monochrome 8 and 16 bit output

When I open a NEF file, and then open the Monochrome transformation, if I select to output an 8 bit result, the output is 16 bit (shows 48 bpp in the main image area).
The 8/16 choice is only for 24-bit color images -- for 48-bit color images you always get 16-bit output.
The 8/16 button was supposed to be hidden if the input was 16 bits per channel -- I fixed this for the next release.
