Bug fix release 2-Sep-2019

I have posted a new release (2-Sep-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Mask: changing mask tools now restores control to the mask dialog box.
Clone: unused inputs are now removed when you click OK or Apply.
File Open: you don’t select a file for File Open when loading a script, you now have several options – try again, continue with error, or abort and clear workspace. If you continue with error, the caption is reset to File Open.
