Bug fix release 15-Mar-2019

I have posted a new release (15-Mar-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file. You will need to do a full install to get the new File Open bitmap for sorting the file list.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
File Export – fixed minor problems and added the ability to output a sequence of filenames.
File Open – added a tool bar button to let you sort the current file list by name or by date in ascending or descending order.
Histogram tool now updates automatically whenever the current image changes. So, if you keep it open while running a transformation you can see the histogram or waveform change every time you change the transformation settings.
Updated help and reference manuals to reflect changes and fixed some errors in the Batch Processing manual PDF.
