When you tried the workflow again did you run it against a different set of images? It is possible that there was a problem with one of the images rather than with the workflow itself. I can't really comment further without seeing the workflow. You can send it to me at support#@dl-c.com. Please allow some time for a repy since I am travelling and may not be able to respond right away.

It was the same set of images.

I deleted the rogue workflow to avoid confusing myself (!).

Thanks for your help. I'll send you another one if it fails. Hopefully it was a one off.
