Change in drop down appearance in Resize

Hi,

I just noticed an odd little change in the design of the "Operation" drop down menu is the Resize transformation (PWP Pro 7.0.18 Win64). The design is different from other drop downs, and also the mouse-click behaviour - clicking on the value text does not open the menu, as in other drop downs.

Not a big deal, I was more curious about why this particular change. So far I haven't seen this design in other transformations.

The regular control does not allow for graying of items.
