Similar to John's point, it would be nice to immediately see a single line on the Brightness curve/histogram when a single click is done on the image (rather than shift-click, which generates a point on the curve), rather than having to move the mouse.

Re: Copy
Learn something new every day.
Tried the Splitter operation. Worked perfectly.
I now wonder what the value of Copy is and what it can do that Splitter cannot?
Thanks everyone for the help,

Re: Copy
Hello Pierre, I may be misinterpreting your question, and if so all of the following may be moot: If you mean doing multiple different variations to an image in a single stack, using the "hide/reveal" buttons attached to each thumb, the following issues arise (these may be trivial to other...

Copy
Couple questions about the Copy transform, which are by no means urgent and can wait until your return. Just wanted to post this while fresh in my mind. 1. Is there a reason why one has to open the Copy dialogue, then identify the image to be copied via the drop-down list, even when the image's thum...

Levels and Colour
Looked for this in Help, but couldn't find it.
Is there a way to change L and C so Auto White Balance is not the default choice? I prefer having no Colour Balance in play when I use L and C. I tried changing it to Custom and closing the Dialogue, but Auto shows when it is re-opened.

Re: Readout Tool and Display Colour Wheel checkmark in Settings
Was going to go back to the initial thread on my specific issue, but as this thread is on the same tool and most recent, Latest version. Tried a couple things with Readout Tool. The good news, is it appears the numbers do not jump around anymore. However, I did the following: - Open image, do Colour...

Re: Update Available - Version 8.0.312
Sorry if I was not clear. By clicking on an image above, yes I meant in the Browser (upstream images). Regarding the numbers, they are the 3 numbers appearing in the Readout Tool. I would open a single image (let's say it has a noticeable blue cast), color balance it one time, with say 50% effect op...

Re: Update Available - Version 8.0.312
Latest version. Not sure if the (changed version) of the Readout Tool is doing some heavy lifting, in particular when the Colour Wheel is used in conjunction, but have experienced the following. - If I open an image and make a string (at least 2) of Color Balances, then use the Readout Tool as I des...
